摘要

Abstract

The development of specifications for food cold chain logistics management is of great significance to ensure food quality and safety,improve level and efficiency of logistics,and prevent the infection of COVID-19 from cold chain food.This paper analyzes the status of standards for cold chain logistics,and analyzes and explores the development of standards for food cold chain logistics management from three aspects:management requirements,operation specifications,and quality management.
