Abstract
This paper describes the current situation and shortcomings of trade secret protection,and puts forward the"Standard-Certification-Application"mode to promote the protection of enterprise trade secret.It analyzes the protection work from four aspects:"Standard-Certification-Application"mode,development of Anhui's local standard DB34/T 4533-2023,Enterprise trade secret management systems—Requirements,the certification of trade secret management systems in Hefei high-tech zone,and the application of certification results.关键词
