摘要
Abstract
Implementation of the commitment system is a new measure to improve quality and efficiency,and it also stimulates the vitality of inspection and testing market.This paper analyzes the problems such as honesty and conformity of testing ability after the implementation of the informed commitment system.It probes into the corresponding measures of the inspection and testing institutions and the means of the supervision organization.If inspection and testing institutions can strengthen their own construction,risks will be controlled,and the institutions will play a important role in the area of product quality inspection.By shortening the idle time after getting the qualifications of CMA,strengthening supervision and inspection,enhancing credit construction,and strengthening positive publicity and guidance,the regulatory bodies can strengthen post-certificate supervision.These measures will enhance the awareness of integrity and law-abiding of inspection and testing institutions,and promote the construction of social credit system,to build a fair and just testing market order.关键词
