Abstract
According to the clause 7.3 of GJB 9001C-2017,Quality management systems requirements,companies should ensure that their employees are aware of the company's quality policies,quality objectives,employees'contributions to the effectiveness of the quality management system(including the benefits of improving performance),the consequences of non-compliance with requirements of quality management system,the company's quality culture,the quality responsibilities of the position,the importance of the activities undertaken and their relevance to other activities,the consequences of products and services failing to meet regulatory or expected requirements,and the importance of ethical behaviors.The paper aims to systematically establish employee'quality awareness to better guide the quality control of processes such as design and development,procurement,production,testing,delivery,and after-sales service.关键词
