Abstract
Quality is the life of an enterprise and the foundation for ensuring a benign cycle of enterprises.The implementation of lean management is a vital priority to ensure the improvement of product quality.The Amoeba management model serves as an important starting point to cultivate business-oriented talents while achieving full participation.Based on the actual situation of the third-level inspection unit,supported by the Amoeba approach,the paper aims to create a"five management modes and multiple guarantees"model to enhance lean inspection and maximize management efficiency.关键词
