Abstract
The U.S.Department of Defense has issued a series of policy and other reform measures to guide and regulate the Department's participation in developing and adopting non-government standards.This paper analyzes the contents of the Guidelines on Participation in the Development and Use of Non-Government Standards issued by the U.S.Department of Defense,and introduces the policies,methods,procedures and current status of its engagement with non-government standards.Based on the current situation of the adoption of civil standards in China's military industry,the paper puts forward suggestions to further promote the adoption of civil standards in China's military industry.关键词
