Study on the Analysis of Regulations of Merger Control in the EU and Response Guidelines&Standards
摘要
Abstract
Concentration of business operators(merger control)is one of the three pillars of antimonopoly law.As China's economy enters the stage of high-quality development,mergers and acquisitions have become important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and gain control of industries and supply chains.Also,how to establish a regulatory system for merger control that targets rapidly growing tech companies,platform companies,and financial institutions while ensuring fair competition in the market has become a common challenge for antimonopoly policies worldwide.This highlights the increasing importance of mutual learning and exchange of experience between countries.This paper outlines the current status of EU concentration of business operator regulations,analyzes trends of concentration of business operator cases and regulations in EU,and establishes a framework to respond to EU-related operator concentration for enterprises.It aims to explore the establishment of a guideline standard to manage and respond to EU-related operator concentration for enterprises.关键词
