Response-driven Adaptive Load Shedding Strategy Facing to Refined Frequency Recovery Criterion Requirement of Receiving-end Power System
摘要
Abstract
With the large number of frequency-sensitive equipment in the power grid,code of power system security proposes more detailed and strict frequency recovery criterion(FRC)to make the frequency-sensitive equipment safely ride through frequency dynamics,and ensure frequency stability.To face to the FRC requirement,this paper proposes a response-driven adaptive load shedding strategy for the receiving-end power system.An FRC-oriented intelligent fuzzy controller of load shedding is developed,and logical inference rules for preventing over-or under-shedding problems are introduced.Based on the severity of frequency evolution,the controller can make real-time adaptive load shedding actions.In order to further improve the control performance of load shedding,an optimization model for the controller parameters is proposed and solved with considering the FRC constraints and the objective of lowest cost of load shedding.Finally,an optimal fuzzy adaptive load shedding strategy facing to the FRC is formed with the optimized load shedding controllers deployed at load buses.The strategy can make the frequency recovery satisfy the FRC with a minimal load shedding cost.Simulation results in a simple single-infeed DC receiving-end system and a provincial multi-infeed HVDC receiving-end power grid verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed strategy.关键词
