摘要
Abstract
In view of the difficulties of the shipping companies in adapting to the high-quality and high-level development of the shipping economy with its traditional regulatory means,methods and mechanisms of safety management,this paper designs a set of implementation programme for the safety management digital system of shipping companies,which is conducive to guiding the digital transformation of the safety management of shipping companies,and to promoting maritime safety supervision to achieve a new breakthrough.Through nearly a year of pilot operation in Jiangsu,the system has achieved the effect of digital operation,formalised safety management,scientific grade marking and convenient audit mode.关键词
