Abstract
The Rules of the People's Republic of China on the Competency Examination and Certification of Oceangoing Seafarers promulgated in 2011 has,for the first time,set out the need for the separate management of seafarers serving on board government vessel,which is distinguished from ordinary seafarers.In 2019,the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on the Training,Examination and Certification of Seafarers Serving Onboard government vessel was issued.This paper studies the current situation of the relevant rules and administrative measures on the training,examination and certification of the seafarers serving on official ships and puts forward suggestions in view of the existing provisions.关键词
