摘要

Abstract

Based on a review of the requirements of international conventions and domestic regulations on the control of nitrogen oxides emissions from ships,this paper analyzes the operational principle and composition of the ship's selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system.In response to the existing issues in the application of ship's SCR systems,including inadequate operation and maintenance of the SCR system by seafarers,insufficient regulatory capabilities of maritime administrations,and incomplete laws and regulations,it proposes that maritime administrations urge ship management companies to enhance training and support for the SCR system,enhance the supervision capabilities of maritime administrations,and improve related regulations and requirements.
