The Writing Standards of International Maritime Organization Document in English
摘要
Abstract
With the increasingly in-depth participation of China in global maritime governance,the submission of high-quality documents to the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has become one of the most important channels to enhance the say and influence of China in international maritime legislation.The paper studies the major characteristics of IMO documents in English and the standards and requirements for IMO document writing,and provides examples of typical errors.It also puts forward suggestions for regulating the writing of IMO documents in English,with a view to improving the quality of IMO documents submitted by China and realizing the goal of the submissions.关键词
