Research progress on the role of IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway in ischemic stroke

Abstract
Ischemic stroke has always been a thorny problem in the field of cerebrovascular research due to its complex injury mechanism,high incidence,and disability rate.It is essential to find new and effective interventions and neuroprotective strategies.Interleukin-33(IL-33),as one of the newly discovered members of the IL-1 family,is currently the focus of global academic research,and serum stimulation-2(ST2)is the main receptor for its action.In this paper,the current research status of the IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway in ischemic stroke was reviewed,to clarify the protective mechanism of IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway in ischemic stroke,including amplification of regulatory T cell,regulation of inflammation,and improvement of white matter,to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke.关键词
