Fruit quality analysis and evaluation of'Fuji'apples from different producing areas
摘要
Abstract
In order to compare the overall quality of'Fuji'apples from different origins,a total of 46'Fuji'apple samples were collected from three major apple-producing provinces in Shandong,Shaanxi and Shanxi.Fruit weight,fruit shape index,color area,fruit hardness,soluble solid content,titrable acid content and solid acid ratio were determined.Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the core quality evaluation indexes were screened,and a quality evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the quality of'Fuji'apples from different producing areas.The results showed that:There were significant differences in the quality of'Fuji'apples in different main producing areas.The fruit quality and titrable acid content of the'Fuji'apples in Linyi were the highest,and the fruit shape index,color area,fruit hardness,soluble solid content and solid acid ratio of the'Fuji'apples in Qixia were all higher than those in other areas.The solid acid ratio,fruit shape index and fruit hardness are the core indexes of'Fuji'apple quality evaluation.The qualities of different'Fuji'apple varieties in descending order are as follows:Qixia,Penglai,Linyi,Luochuan,Wanrong and Baishui.关键词
