上海市卫生健康街镇评价指标体系构建研究
Research on the construction of evaluation index system of healthy subdistrict in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a scientifically sound evaluation index system of healthy subdistrict in Shanghai with evaluation basis for the construction.Methods The evaluation index system was initially established through literature review and expert consultation meeting.The Delphi method was used to screen and determine the indicators,and finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to weight the indicators.Result The evaluation index system of healthy subdistrict in Shanghai was constructed through two-round Delphi method covering 5 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators for health environment,health services,health participation,health governance,and health population,among which the weights of the first-level indicators were 0.2465,0.2421,0.1542,0.1876 and 0.1696,respectively.Conclusion The evaluation index system of healthy subdistrict in Shanghai constructed in this study is highly reliable,innovative and pioneering,which provides an action guide and scientific basis for the construction and evaluation of healthy subdistrict in Shanghai.关键词
