经皮机械血栓清除术与导管接触溶栓治疗急性髂股静脉血栓形成的对照研究
Comparative Study of Percutaneous Mechanical Thrombectomy and Catheter-directed Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Acute Iliofemoral Deep Venous Thrombosis

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(PMT)and catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT)in the treatment of acute iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis(IFDVT).Method:A total of 82 patients with acute IFDVT who were treated in Yichun People's Hospital(North Hospital)from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into PMT group(received PMT treatment)and CDT group(received CDT treatment)by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Venous patency scores,thrombus clearance rate,Urokinase dosage,thrombolytic time,hospitalization days and complications were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in thrombus clearance rate and venous patency scores between two groups(P>0.05).The dosage of Urokinase in PMT group was lower than that in CDT group,and the thrombolytic time and hospitalization days were shorter than those in CDT group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)and postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both PMT and CDT have good therapeutic effect,but PMT has the advantages of less dosage of thrombolytic drug,short thrombolytic time and short hospitalization days.关键词
