Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Mixture combined with acupuncture and electrical stimulation on limb dysfunction in convalescent period of cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 94 patients with limb dysfunction in convalescent period of cerebral infarction treated in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(acupuncture and electrical stimulation)and observation group(acupuncture and electrical stimulation combined with Huoxue Tongluo Mixture)by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Two groups were treated for 2 months.The coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,cerebral hemodynamic index[resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI),mean blood flow velocity(Vm)]and neurological function[national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)],limb function[Fugl-Meyer motor scale(FMA)],balanced capacity[Berg balance scale(BBS)],life ability[Barthel index(BI)]of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,PT and APTT were significantly prolonged and FIB was decreased in both groups,and PT and APTT in observation group were longer than those in control group,FIB was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of limb sleepiness,five upset heat,poor appetite and fatigue in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,RI and PI were significantly decreased and Vm was increased of two groups,and RI and PI of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,Vm was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score decreased and BI score and BBS score increased in both groups,NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group,BI score and BBS score were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both upper and lower limb FMA scores were increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with limb dysfunction in convalescent period of cerebral infarction receiving Huoxue Tongluo Mixture combined with acupuncture and electrical stimulation can reduce nerve injury,improve cerebral blood flow index and coagulation function,promote the recovery of limb balance ability and improve life ability.关键词
