药棒疗法联合Bobath技术对脑卒中后运动功能障碍的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Medicine Stick Therapy Combined with Bobath Technique on Motor Dysfunction after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique on motor dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with motor dysfunction after stroke admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Bobath technique,and the experimental group was treated with medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique.Muscle strength,muscle tension,activity of daily living and limb function were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 weeks of treatment,the manual muscle test(MMT)score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the modified Ashworth scale score was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,Barthel index(BI),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicine stick therapy combined with Bobath technique in the treatment of patients with motor dysfunction after stroke can improve muscle strength,activity of daily living and limb function.关键词
