Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of pelvic floor electric stimulation combined with artificial cycle therapy in patients with thin endometrium and its influence for endometrial receptivity.Method:A total of 115 patients with thin endometrium in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were divided into control group(57 cases)and observation group(58 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with artificial cycle therapy,the observation group was treated with pelvic floor electric stimulation combined with artificial cycle therapy.Then the total effective rates of thin endometrium treatment,pregnancy rates,live birth rates,endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume,endometrial receptivity items before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.The endometrial receptivity items included endometrial blood flow perfusion indexes[pulsitility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)],endometrial vascularization-blood flow parameters[vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI)and vascularization flow index(VFI)]and endometrial blood flow classifications.Result:The total effective rate of thin endometrium treatment,pregnancy rate and live birth rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume and endometrial receptivity items of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume and endometrial vascularization-blood flow parameters of observation group at three months after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group,the endometrial blood flow perfusion indexes were significantly lower than those of control group,the endometrial blood flow classifications was significantly better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pelvic floor electric stimulation combined with artificial cycle therapy in patients with thin endometrium is better,and it can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity of patients,so its application value in patients with thin endometrium is relatively higher.关键词
