摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Nicodil in the adjuvant treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 88 patients with unstable angina pectoris from coronary heart disease treated in Yichun People's Hospital from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was supplemented with Nicodil on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,heart function and angina pectoris were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis faction-α(TNF-α),heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,TNF-α and LVEDD in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and heart rate and LVEF were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in frequency and duration of angina attacks between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicodil is effective in the adjuvant treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can reduce the frequency and time of angina pectoris and improve their heart function.关键词
