CICARE沟通模式在儿童扁桃体腺样体术前访视中的应用
Application of CICARE Communication Model in Preoperative Visit of Tonsil Adenoid in Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of contact-introduction-communication-ask-respond-exit(CICARE)communication model in preoperative visits of tonsil adenoid in children.Method:A total of 80 children with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group conducted preoperative visit according to the routine communication procedure,and the observation group conducted preoperative visit according to the CICARE communication mode on the basis of the control group.The anxiety status,heart rate and systolic blood pressure levels,emergence delirium and family satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale(m-YPAS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pediatric anesthesia emergence delirium(PAED)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of family satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CICARE communication mode in the preoperative visit of tonsil adenoid in children can improve the anxiety of children,stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure,reduce the occurrence of emergence delirium,and the families are satisfied with the nursing service.关键词
