PERMA模式心理干预配合SPCS生物反馈训练在预防肾穿刺后排尿困难中的应用
Application of PERMA Model Psychological Intervention Combined with SPCS Biofeedback Training in Prevention of Dysuria after Renal Puncture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of PERMA model psychological intervention combined with biofeedback training of self-generate physiological coherence system(SPCS)in preventing dysuria after renal puncture.Method:A total of 80 patients scheduled to undergo renal puncture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given PERMA mode psychological intervention combined with SPCS biofeedback training on the basis of the control group.The differences of postoperative urination function,incidence of dysuria,postoperative urination time and urination mode were compared between two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of urinary function in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dysuria in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and third urination time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 and 24 h after operation,the scores of comfort status scale(GCQ)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of PERMA model psychological intervention combined with SPCS biofeedback training can improve the urination function of patients after renal puncture,reduce the incidence of dysuria,promote the early recovery of spontaneous urination after renal puncture,and promote the comfort of patients.关键词
