中医延续性护理在慢性肾衰竭中的应用研究
Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuous Nursing in Chronic Renal Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing in chronic renal failure.Method:A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing.Renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],self-care ability[activity of daily living scale(ADL)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 months of intervention,Scr,BUN and ALT in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the ADL scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the PSQI score was lower than that before intervention,and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing can effectively improve the kidney function of patients with chronic renal failure,improve their daily activity ability and sleep quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
