柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型癌症患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on cancer-related fatigue in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer.Method:A total of 80 liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer patients treated in Nanchang People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=41)according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional chemotherapy and maintained basic nutritional support,and the observation group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction,the treatment lasted for 9 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune function,cancer-related fatigue score and treatment effect in two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,levels of CD3+,CD4+and Piper fatigue survey scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms and cancer-related fatigue of liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer patients,improve the immune function of patients,and the therapeutic effect is good.关键词
