摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy in benign breast lesions.Method:A total of 70 patients with benign breast lesions were selected in Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023,they were divided into ultrasonic-guided group(n=35)and traditional group(n=35)by systematic random method. The traditional group was treated with traditional open surgery, and the ultrasound-guided group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive gyrotomy.Efficacy, safety, serum stress response index level and breast appearance scores were compared between two groups.Result:The operation time, incision healing time and hospitalization days in the ultrasound-guided group were shorter than those in the traditional group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the ultrasound guided group was lower than that in the traditional group(5.71%vs 25.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On 1 day after surgery, the levels of stress response indexes in both groups were higher than those before surgery, but those in ultrasound-guided group were lower than those in traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The appearance scores of all breasts in ultrasound guided group were higher than those in traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy are effective and safe in benign breast lesions, and can effectively reduce stress response, with little impact on breast appearance.关键词
