Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of histone deacetylase 3(HDAC3)in serum of connective tissue disease(CTD)associated interstitial lung disease(ILD)and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 40 CTD associated ILD patients hospitalized in Jiangxi Chest Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as CTD associated ILD group,and 40 healthy normal patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as healthy control group.Blood routine indexes[white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),platelet(PLT)count,hemoglobin(Hb)],renal function indexes(creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid),inflammatory indexes[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and serum HDAC3 levels were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in blood routine indexes and renal function indexes between two groups(P>0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and HDAC3 in CTD associated ILD group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that serum HDAC3 level in CTD associated ILD patients had no significant correlation with blood routine and renal function indexes(P>0.05),but was positively correlated with CRP and IL-6(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum HDAC3 level in CTD associated ILD patients is higher than that in healthy population,which may be related to the expression of inflammatory factors in the patients,and may have certain reference value in assisting the diagnosis of CTD associated ILD.关键词
