Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 120 PCOS patients treated at Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,sex hormone levels,ovarian microcirculation,endometrial thickness(Em),number of follicles with a diameter greater than or equal to 12 mm(FD≥12 mm),and maximum follicle diameter(FD)were compared in two groups.Result:After treatment,scores of hirsutism,amenorrhea,oligomenorrhea,dizziness and tinnitus,vaginal dryness,and breast pain in two groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in both groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of both groups decreased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Em,FD≥12 mm,and maximum FD in two groups were increased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can regulate hormone levels in the treatment of PCOS,improve ovarian microcirculation and increase ovulation rate.关键词
