摘要
Abstract
Asthma is a common lung disease in childhood.Airway hyperresponsiveness caused by persistent chronic airway inflammation can cause airway obstruction when asthma attacks are severe,which has a serious impact on the growth and development of children.The causes of asthma attack in children are more complex,in addition to viruses,bacteria is also one of the factors that can not be ignored.In recent years,a growing number of studies have linked asthma attacks in children to bacteria.Both perinatal bacterial exposure and perinatal antibiotic use may influence the development of childhood asthma later in life.The bacterial diversity colonized in the upper respiratory tract and the types of bacterial infections in the lower respiratory tract may affect the onset and severity of asthma attacks in children.An imbalance in the gut flora may also be the cause of asthma attacks in children.This article mainly reviews the above aspects to discuss the important role of bacteria in the occurrence and development of childhood asthma,and provides a useful reference for further research on the prevention and clinical practice of childhood asthma.关键词
