全髋关节置换术中关节囊修复对创伤性股骨颈骨折患者预后的影响
Impact of Joint Capsule Repair during Total Hip Arthroplasty on the Prognosis of Patients with Traumatic Femoral Neck Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of joint capsule repair during total hip arthroplasty on patients with traumatic femoral neck fractures.Method:A total of 102 patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group underwent total hip arthroplasty without joint capsule repair,and the study group underwent joint capsule repair during total hip arthroplasty.Surgery related indexes,surgery stress indexes,hip joint function,pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in incision length and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The surgery time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the postoperative drainage volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day after surgery,cortisol(Cor),noradrenaline(NE)in both groups were higher than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Before surgery and 6 and 12 months after surgery,there were no significant differences in Harris hip function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,Harris hip function scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after surgery,there were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.96%,which was lower than 15.69%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although joint capsular repair during total hip replacement may prolong the operation time,but it can improve the short-term prognosis of patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
