宁泌泰联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的效果及对血清IL-6、NLR水平的影响
Effect of Ningmitai Combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Its Influence on Serum IL-6 and NLR Levels

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Ningmitai combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and the level of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR).Method:A total of 88 BPH patients treated in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The single group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride orally,and the combination group was given Ningmitai orally on the basis of the single group.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Prostate symptoms[international prostate symptoms scale(IPSS)],quality of life[QOL],urodynamic indexes[peak urine flow rate(Qmax),residual urine volume(RU),prostate volume(PV)],prostate-specific antigen(PSA),sex hormone indexes[testosterone,ediol(E2)]and inflammatory markers[serum IL-6,prostatic fluid white blood cell count(WBC),NLR]in the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IPSS scores,QOL scores,RU,PV,serum IL-6,PSA,peripheral blood NLR and prostatic fluid WBC levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and Qmax and E2 levels were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,IPSS score,QOL score,RU,PV,serum IL-6,PSA,peripheral blood NLR and prostatic fluid WBC levels in combination group were lower than those in single group,while Qmax and E2 levels were higher than those in single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningmitai combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride in the treatment of BPH has outstanding efficacy,and can achieve ideal effects in relieving clinical symptoms,inflammatory response,improving urodynamics,hormone secretion and quality of life,and has high clinical application value.关键词
