Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Beclometasone Dipropionate Inhalation Aerosol combined with Ketotifen in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Method:A total of 84 children with cough variant asthma admitted to Department of Pediatric Ⅰ,Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=42)and study group(n=42)according to random number table method.Both groups were given basic symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Beclometasone Dipropionate Inhalation Aerosol,the observation group was treated with Beclometasone Dipropionate Inhalation Aerosol combined with Ketotifen.The levels of inflammatory factors[serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-13(IL-13)],pulmonary function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)]before and after intervention and disappearance time of cough and sputum and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-8 and IL-13 in both groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in both groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and sputum in the study group were earlier than those in control group,hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Beclometasone Dipropionate Inhalation Aerosol combined with Ketotifen in children with cough variant asthma can improve the inflammatory reaction and pulmonary function of children,alleviate clinical symptoms and shorten hospital stay.关键词
