Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on mental resilience and quality of life in patients with hematologicalmalignant disease after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation surgery.Method:A total of 74 patients with hematologicalmalignant disease admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given continuous nursing.The mental resilience,quality of life,mental status,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with control group,the scores of mental resilience after nursing in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of quality of life after nursing in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total compliance and total satisfaction in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with hematologicalmalignant disease after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation surgery can enhance their mental resilience,improve quality of life,and improve compliance and satisfaction.关键词
