摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of affectionate and joyful nursing on serum inflammatory factors in children with renal failure,and evaluate the improvement of emotional state.Method:A total of 92 children with renal failure admitted to Quanzhou Children's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)according to envelope drawing method.The renal function[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(SUA)],inflammatory factors[serum hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],emotional state[the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED),depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC),children's sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and 1 month after intervention.Result:After 1 month of intervention,Scr,BUN,SUA levels and hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,SCARED,DSRSC and CSHQ scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Affectionate and joyful nursing can effectively improve the renal function indexes of children with renal failure,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and reduce adverse emotional state,thus improving sleep quality.关键词
