Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with evidence-based nursing of mind mapping on tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)cathetering.Method:A total of 122 tumor patients with PICC catheterized admitted to the Department of Oncology of the Second Hospital of Longyan from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into nursing group and control group, with 61 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the nursing group received narrative nursing combined with mind mapping evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing compliance, complication rate, nursing satisfaction, psychological status and PICC self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The total compliance rate and total satisfaction rate of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the nursing group was significantly lower than that before intervention and that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the daily life management, physical activity ability, catheter maintenance compliance, catheter management confidence and health responsibility awareness score and total score of the cancer patient PICC scale of self-management(CPPSM)in the nursing group were higher than those before intervention and those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of narrative nursing combined with evidence-based nursing combined with mind mapping in tumor patients with PICC cathetering has achieved good application effect, which is conducive to improving the compliance, statisfaction and quality of life of patients, and has good clinical application value.关键词
