Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction on uterine involution insufficiency in patients after cesarean section.Method:A total of 80 patients with postpartum uterine involution insufficiency who were delivered by cesarean section in Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into conventional group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with Xin Shenghua Tablets, and the study group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction. The postpartum uterine size, uterine floor height, lochia, serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and hemorheological indexes(plasma viscosity, red blood cell aggregation index)were observed in the two groups.Result:After 7 days of treatment, the sum of anterior and posterior diameter, long diameter and transverse diameter of uterus and height of uterine floor in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, the daily lochia volume was lower than that in the control group, the end time of lochia and menstrual rehydration time were earlier than those in the conventional group,PGE2,plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index were lower than those in the conventional group, and VEGF was higher than that in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot compresses of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction can promote the uterine recovery of postpartum patients, reduce the amount and time of the end of evil discharge as well as the time of menstruation, and improve the serum indexes and hemorheological indexes.关键词
