Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of low frequency electrical stimulation therapy assisted hysteroscopic electrocision on endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into routine group(received hysteroscopic electrocision)and combined group(received low frequency electrical stimulation therapy assisted hysteroscopic electrocision)according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,rehabilitation process,endometrial morphology,uterine artery flow[resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI),peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic peak velocity(EDV)]and complication rate were compared between two groups.Result:The VAS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the routine group 3 and 5 days after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding,pain duration in combined group were shorter than those of the routine group,menstrual recovery time in combined group was earlier than that in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 weeks after surgery,the endometrial morphology of the combined group was significantly better than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 weeks after surgery,RI and PI in both groups were decreased,and those in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,PSV and EDV in both groups were increased,and those in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in combined group was significantly lower than that in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency electrical stimulation therapy assisted hysteroscopic electrocision can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with endometrial polyps,shorten the recovery time,promote the recovery of endometrial morphology,improve the speed of uterine artery blood flow,and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
