低剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的有效性
Efficacy of Low Dose Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in the Treatment of Heart Failure in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and effect of low dose Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Method:A total of 76 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure admitted to the Central Hospital of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate,and the observation group was treated with low dose Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Metoprolol Tartrate.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,serological indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke output(SV)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low dose of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Metoprolol Tartrate has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,which can effectively improve cardiac function and serological indexes without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
