Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of 1-year dysfunction of autogenous arteriovenous fistulas(AVF)in patients with hemodialysis.Method:A total of 83 hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from August 2018 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected,and those who 1-year dysfunction of AVF were included in the dysfunction group(n=40),and those who 1-year without dysfunction of AVF were included in the non-dysfunction group(n=43).The influencing factors of 1-year dysfunction of AVF were analyzed by logistic regression.Result:There were no significant differences in dialysis age,operation method,puncture method,body mass index(BMI),radius artery diameter,cephalic vein diameter,parathyroid hormone,hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,urea nitrogen,creatinine and blood calcium between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of female gender,age≥65 years old,hypoproteinemia during dialysis,diabetes mellitus and hypoproteinemia in the dysfunction group were higher than those in the non-dysfunction group,and the levels of blood phosphorus and platelet count were higher than those in the non-dysfunction group(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that female gender,old age,hypoproteinemia during dialysis,diabetes mellitus,hypoproteinemia,high blood phosphorus and high platelet count levels were independent risk factors for 1-year dysfunction of AVF in patients with hemodialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:In hemodialysis patients,the risk of dysfunction of AVF is higher in female gender,old age,hypoproteinemia during dialysis,hypoproteinemia,diabetes mellitus,high blood phosphorus and high platelet count.According to the related risk factors,targeted intervention can be combined to prolong the service life of AVF.关键词
