Research Progress on Heart Involvement in Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies
摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic inflammatory myopathies(IIM)is a group of systemic autoimmune diseases characterized by chronic muscle inflammation.Heart involvement is a common complication,which is often misdiagnosed and missed in clinical practice.It is one of the main causes of death in patients with myositis.At present,there are no unified recommendations and guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac involvement in patients with IIM.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress at home and abroad on cardiac involvement in patients with IIM,aiming to improve the understanding of this disease and provide reference for further diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
