摘要
Abstract
Tourniquet is a hemostatic device commonly used in orthopedic surgery.It can maintain a clear and bloodless surgical field of view,reduce blood loss and accelerate recovery.At the same time,the use of tourniquet would cause a lot of adverse reactions to patients,including inflammation and ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI),which is serious or even life-threatening.This paper summarizes and discusses the mechanism,influence and preventive treatment measures of tourniquet induced IRI,aiming to provide a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of tourniquet induced IRI.关键词
