达格列净联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗后心力衰竭患者的疗效
Efficacy of Dapagliflozin Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in Patients with Heart Failure after Emergency Interventional Therapy of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Dapagliflozin combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the treatment of patients with heart failure(HF)after emergency interventional therapy of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 60 patients with HF after emergency interventional therapy of AMI admitted to Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets,and the study group was treated with Dapagliflozin combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets.The cardiac function indexes,biochemical indexes,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase MB(CK-MB)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the treatment of patients with HF after emergency interventional therapy of AMI can significantly improve patients'cardiac function,enhance the therapeutic effect,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
