西黄胶囊联合生大黄对子宫颈癌根治术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的影响
Influence of Xihuang Capsules Combined with Raw Rhubarb on Pelvic Lymphocyst after Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Xihuang Capsules combined with raw rhubarb on pelvic lymphocyst(PL)after radical resection of cervical cancer.Method:From September 2021 to September 2023,80 patients with PL of damp-heat stasis accumulation type after radical resection of cervical cancer in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled and classified into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with raw rhubarb,and the observation group was given Xihuang Capsules combined with raw rhubarb.The clinical efficacy on the 90th day after surgery and pain status[visual analogue scale(VAS)],TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor[C reactive protein(CRP)]before treatment and after 30 days and 90 days of treatment were compared between both groups.Result:After 90 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 30 and 90 days of treatment,the VAS score,TCM syndrome score and CRP level in observation group and control group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xihuang Capsules combined with raw rhubarb has an exact efficacy in the treatment of PL patients after radical resection of cervical cancer,and it can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
