Abstract
Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of Sufentanil combined with different induced doses of Cipepofol in gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Method:A total of 137 gynecological hysteroscopic surgery patients admitted to Huai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into low-dose group(n=46),medium-dose group(n=46)and high-dose group(n=45)according to different induced doses of Cipepofol.All patients were given Sufentanil for analgesia.The heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and bifrequency index(BIS)of the three groups were compared when entering the operating room(T0),when dilating the cervix(T1),during intrauterine operation(T2)and at the end of operation(T3).The recovery time,operation time,Ramsay sedation score and occurrence of adverse reactions among the three groups were compared.Result:T0,there were no significant differences in HR,MAP and BIS among the three groups(P>0.05).T1,T2,T3,there were significant differences in HR,MAP and BIS among the three groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time among the three groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of high-dose group was later than that of medium-dose group and low-dose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 min after surgery,there was significant difference in Ramsay sedation score among the three groups(P<0.05),and the score of high-dose group was higher than that of low-dose group(P<0.05).At 30 min after surgery,the Ramsay sedation scores of the three groups were lower than those of the 10 min after surgery,and the score of the high-dose group was higher than that of the low-dose group and the medium-dose group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in high-dose group was higher than that in medium-dose group and low-dose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In gynecological hysteroscopic surgery,the use of medium and low doses Cipepofol combined with Sufentanil can obtain better sedation effect,the patient's recovery time is earlier,and the impact on hemodynamics is relatively small,and the safety is high.关键词
