Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nCD64-guided treatment scheme in children with pulmonary infection.Method:A total of 80 children with pulmonary infection admitted to Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment for pulmonary infection, and the observation group received treatment guided by nCD64.The total effective rate, hospital stay, antiinfective drugs application time, incidence of adverse drug reactions, symptom and sign scores, clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and inflammatory response indexes[serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the hospital stay and antiinfective drugs application time were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in symptom scores,CPIS and inflammatory response indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptom scores,CPIS and inflammatory response indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nCD64-guided treatment scheme helps to improve the clinical effect of pulmonary infection, better control the inflammatory response, promote early recovery of children, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
