Clinical Effect of Different Doses of Xuebijing Injection on Patients with Severe Pneumonia
目的:探究不同剂量血必净注射液治疗重症肺炎患者的临床效果.方法:选取2021年1月—2023 年 1 月吉安市中心人民医院收治的 90 例重症肺炎患者,根据随机抽签法分三组,各 30 例.进行常规治疗基础上,常规组给予常规剂量血必净注射液(50 mL)治疗,低剂量组给予低剂量血必净注射液(30 mL)治疗,高剂量组给予高剂量血必净注射液(80 mL)治疗.比较三组的治疗效果、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降…查看全部>>
