不同剂量血必净注射液治疗重症肺炎患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Different Doses of Xuebijing Injection on Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different doses of Xuebijing Injection on patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 90 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into three groups according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the conventional group was treated with conventional dose of Xuebijing Injection(50 mL),the low-dose group was treated with low dose of Xuebijing Injection(30 mL),and the high-dose group was treated with high dose of Xuebijing Injection(80 mL).The therapeutic effects,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)],blood gas indexes[arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)]of the three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the three groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes in the three groups were improved,TNF-α,IL-6,PCT and PaCO2 in the high-dose group were lower than those in the conventional group and low-dose group,PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those in the conventional group and low-dose group,and TNF-α,IL-6,PCT and PaCO2 in the conventional group were lower than those in the low-dose group,PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those in low-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of severe pneumonia,which can effectively improve the inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes of patients,and appropriate dosage can further improve the curative effect.关键词
