Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Wuling Capsules adjuvant therapy on sleep quality and serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)level in patients with sleep disorder(SD).Method:A total of 94 SD patients admitted to XinSteel Center Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by drawing lots,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group received Wuling Capsules adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,sleep quality,serum NPY level,inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.62%,which was higher than 74.47%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 d of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C reactive protein(CRP)levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,serum NPY level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wuling Capsules adjuvant treatment of SD patients is more effective,can improve sleep quality,increase serum NPY level,reduce the inflammatory state,and good safety.关键词
