连续性血液净化治疗对老年慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及机体炎症反应的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of continuous blood purification therapy on renal function and body inflammatory response in elderly chronic renal failure(CRF)patients.Method:Ninety-seven cases of elderly CRF patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and were divided into the continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)group(50 cases)and the intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)group(47 cases)by the method of randomized number table.The CVVH group was treated with continuous blood purification,and the IHD group was treated with intermittent blood purification.The treatment effect,renal function,inflammatory response before and after treatment of the two groups were compared,and the complications was recorded.Result:After treatment,Cr and BUN levels in IHD group and CVVH group were lower than those before treatment,and compared with IHD group,the levels of creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in CVVH group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in IHD group and CVVH group were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower in CVVH group compared with IHD group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.00%(46/50)in CVVH group and 70.21%(33/47)in IHD group,that in CVVH group was significantly higher than that of IHD group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 28.00%(14/50)in CVVH group and 63.83%(30/47)in IHD group,that in CVVH group was significantly lower than that in IHD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CVVH is more effective in the treatment of CRF,can effectively improve the renal function of patients,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and can reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
