Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of zero defect nursing based on crisis nursing theory in patients with thyroid carcinoma.Method:A total of 126 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC South Area from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given zero defect nursing based on crisis nursing theory on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications,self-care ability and satisfaction of patient were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of patient of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zero defect nursing based on crisis nursing theory for patients with thyroid carcinoma can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients'self-care ability and improve satisfaction of patient.关键词
