Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of nurse patient collaboration postoperative care based on the concept of rapid recovery on the degree of pain and swallowing function in patients with hypopharyngeal cancer. Method:A total of 86 patients with hypopharyngeal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The control group was given routine postoperative care,the intervention group was given nurse patient collaborative postoperative care based on the concept of rapid recovery. The degree of pain,compliance with functional training,swallowing function,quality of life and complications in both groups were compared. Result:In the NRS scores at 24,48 and 72 hours after surgery,in comparision of the control group,those in the intervention group were lower,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the overall compliance rate of functional training,in comparision of 79.07％ (34/43) in the control group,95.35％ (41/43) in the intervention group was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At discharge,the functional oral intake scale (FOIS) scores in both groups were improved,and in comparision of the control group,that in the intervention group was higher,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At discharge,M.D.Anderson dysphagia inventory (MDADI) scores in both groups were improved,and in comparision of the control group,those in the intervention group were higher,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the incidence of complications,in comparision of 32.56％ (14/43) in the control group,13.95％ (6/43) in the intervention group was lower,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Providing nurse patient collaborative postoperative care based on the concept of rapid recovery to patients with hypopharyngeal cancer can alleviate postoperative pain,improve compliance with functional training in patients,improve swallowing function and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
