全程健康教育对行宫腔镜手术子宫内膜息肉患者疾病认知及心理应激反应的影响
Effect of Whole-process Health Education on Disease Cognition and Psychological Stress Response in Patients with Endometrial Polyps Undergoing Hysteroscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of whole-process health education on disease cognition and psychological stress response of patients with endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital and Shangrao Third People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.Hysteroscopic surgery was performed in both groups.The control group received holistic nursing intervention,and the observation group received whole-process health education intervention on the basis of the control group.Disease cognition,psychological stress response and quality of life were evaluated in both groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of disease-related knowledge,self-management awareness and self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of psychological stress reaction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-process health education for patients with endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can effectively improve patients'disease cognition,reduce patients'psychological stress reaction and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
